      Introducing Enhanced Features: June Release Update

      Contact information, enhanced profile and search tools

      We are pleased to announce new enhancements as part of our ongoing dedication to improving our services and better serving your needs. These updates include:

      Company Contact Data

      •  We've added contact information to our database, including emails, phone numbers and social channels, to facilitate faster partner connections. 

      • This data is displayed on the company profile, including the profile preview panel shown in Find Partners. 
        • Use Find Partners to search our company database. When viewing your search results, click on a company name to view a preview of the company profile. Here you will see their contact information. 
        •  Click "View company profile" to view more detail. 

      New Company Profile Design

      • We've redesigned the company profile to better showcase your company. We've added the option to upload a banner image as well as your company's contact information. 
      • Follow these steps to optimize your company profile:
        • Click your name on the bottom left of your screen and then click "Company profile." 
          *You will need to have an Administrator role to edit your company profile. 
      • Click “Edit company profile” on the top right of the screen

      • From here: add a logo, edit your company name and define contact information and company characteristics.
      • Be sure to review your company details as the information entered here is searchable in our company database and will impact your company appearing in relevant search results.
      • Click "Next" to continue updating your profile with additional attributes and a company description.
      • Click save when you’re done!

      Tip: Include keywords in your company description to ensure your profile appears in relevant searches by other companies in our network.
      For example, at the end of your description, you could include a note like this: “Product offering includes: surgical instruments, surgical kits, operating room tables and lights”



      Enhanced Search Tools

      We've optimized our platform to streamline partner matchmaking, making it easier for you to find and connect with prospective partners. 

      • Click Find Partners in the left navigation menu to access our "Company search." From here, use the filters to define your search criteria. 
      • Click the Matched Companies tab to access matching companies based on your Match Settings. This tab was previously referred to as "Recommended Partners"
      • Note, to view Matched Companies, you will need to first define your  Match Criteria in your Company Profile.

      Ignore companies you're not interested in to remove them from your search results

      • Use the "Ignore" icon to hide a company from appearing in your search results. You will find this icon on:
        •  The company profile preview panel (the preview shown when you click on a company in Find Partners)
        • And, the full company profile
