By default, the tasks inside a project will be grouped by progress. Buckets give you the possibility to also sort tasks by custom categories.
- After creating a project, click on the cogwheel next to the "New task" button. Here you will see "Group tasks by bucket."
- After selecting "group tasks by bucket", click "New Bucket" to create buckets for your tasks.
If you already have tasks created in the project, you can drag them one by one to their corresponding bucket. You will also have the option to assign a bucket as you add new tasks.
After setting up your buckets, you can toggle between the two views (Group tasks by progress or Group tasks by buckets) at any given time by clicking on the cogwheel again.
