User Role Permissions at a Glance
- Administrators (Standard License) may access all areas of myCaribou including all tabs in the Company Profile section, allowing them to edit your company profile, access subscription information, respond to inbound connection requests and grant or remove other user's access to your company.
- Power Users (Standard License) may access all areas of myCaribou except the tabs in the Company Profile section. In other words, Power Users may access Market Discovery, Find Partners, Dashboards and Workspaces.
- Team Members (Standard License) may access Conversations as well as any Workspaces they have been invited to. Team Members cannot access your Company Profile, Market Discovery, or Find Partners.
- FX and Payments Power Users (Standard License) may access all areas of myCaribou except the tabs in the Company Profile section. In other words, Power Users may access FX and Payments, Market Discovery, Find Partners, Dashboards and Workspaces.
- If you are using a Free Listing License, you will only have access to our free listing features. User role permissions will also impact access for listing license users.
- Free listing features include: collaborating in a workspace that you were invited to by a partner company; responding to opportunities posted by other companies; updating your company profile; responding to connection requests and messages in your inbox.
