Unable to verify email address when signing up
Trouble verifying your email during sign up? Check here for a solution.
MyCaribou uses Microsoft to verify email addresses. If you have tried to sign up for myCaribou but have not received the verification code to verify your email, your email setting may be blocking the verification email from being delivered.
To resolve this, add msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com to your safe sender list in your email provider. Then try signing up again.
