Update your company profile to facilitate connections with prospective partner companies.
Your Company Profile tells the myCaribou network about your company and is used by myCaribou's matchmaking tools to connect your company with relevant partners.
Most of the information included in your company profile is made available on your company’s public profile page which may be viewed by other companies in the myCaribou network.
Updating your Company Profile
- Click your name or initials on the bottom left corner of your screen, then click Company Profile.
- Note, an Administrator access role is required to access your company profile.
- Click “Edit company profile” on the top right of the screen
- From here you can add a logo, edit your company name and define contact information and company characteristics.
- Be sure to review your company details as the information entered here is searchable in our company database and will impact your company appearing in relevant search results.
- Click next to continue updating your profile with additional attributes and a company description.
- Tip: Include keywords in your company description to ensure your profile appears in relevant searches but other companies in our network.
For example, at the end of your description, you can include a note like this: “Product offering includes: surgical instruments, surgical kits, operating room tables and lights”

- Click save when you’re done!
Terms used in the Company Profile
Product Categories | Product categories refer to the types of products your company manufactures or distributes. |
Call Points | Call points are the customers you sell to. For example, one of the call points of a hospital bed manufacturer could be the maternity department in hospitals. |
Company Types | Company types categorize companies by function (manufacturer, distributor, sales agent etc.) and help myCaribou's matchmaking tools connect potential partners. You may select multiple company types if applicable for your company. |
