Billing

• By the end of your Free Trial, you'll be asked to confirm and update the terms of your myCaribou subscription.
• After that, you will be billed for the amount of your subscription in USD and will receive an invoice to the e-mail you provided.

• This e-mail will contain a .pdf invoice, and all of the information you need to pay the due amount. Follow the link within the e-mail to set up your payment details.
• To consult the details and breakdown of your subscription, simply go to your Company Profile and click on Company Settings to view the subscription terms and license summary.

If you need to make changes to your subscription terms after you subscription has started, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking on the chat button on the bottom right of your screen.
