What happens when my Free Trial ends?

When your free trial ends, you’ll be prompted to select a plan. We offer both free and paid plans.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

  • Click your name on the bottom left corner of the screen
  • Select “Billing & Users”
    • Note: Administrator access is required to access this tab.
  • From this screen, you can upgrade your available licenses from the License Summary table.
     
    • Please note that pricing is per license (individual user).

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Click your name on the bottom left corner of the screen
  • Select “Billing & Users”
    • Note: Administrator access is required to access this tab.
  • Click Manage Account & Subscriptions
  • On the following screen, click “Cancel subscription”
  • After cancelling a paid plan, your account will be downgraded to a free Basic plan.

How do I edit my billing information?

  • Click your name on the bottom left corner of the screen
  • Select “Billing & Users”
    • Note: Administrator access is required to access this tab.
  • Click Manage Account & Subscriptions
  • On the following screen, click “Edit” next to your Billing Information
